Hello, I hope everyone is well, I've noticed an increase in traffic to the website, although I don't want to jinx myself my health has seemed to stabilize for the moment which will give me some extra time to work on the website and hopefully soon, we can get the press releases going in full swing. For those of you who don't know, we also own googlepressrelease.com without the dashes which redirect to this website. Also, Google has been kind for not giving us any grief or aggravation with regards to us using Google's name to help promote our cause and we truly thank Google for that. Unlike the pathetic Search Engine Yahoo who threatened a lawsuit against a group of people with chronic and terminal illnesses for using the name yahoo press release. Way to go yahoo, too bad your stock has plummeted, and you now only get about 6% of search engine traffic. That's what happens when you discriminate against sick people, it’s called karma Yahoo, maybe one day you will understand.

Again I would like to apologize, I had to receive 2 emergency surgeries over the last 3 months and recovery had been very difficult. It seems to be a never-ending cycle and if it's not one thing it's another. At least I did not have to go on life support this time. If all goes well hopefully my health will normalize and I can continue my work on this website and help others who are far less fortunate than myself.

I would like to apologize to everyone again unfortunately from January 24, 2018, until February 11th I was hospitalized again and placed on life support 2 times for a total of about 12 days. The recovery process has been extremely hard, I still have a tube placed in my stomach and will be going in for another surgery next month. I can honestly say this has been my hardest recovery to date.
I have also included a link directly to the ADA disability complaint form, where you can file a complaint online, by mail, or direct for the hearing impaired to the United States Department of Justice.
If you are unable to write because of your disability and are unable to submit a complaint online, by mail, or fax, the Department can assist you by scribing your complaint by phone or, for individuals who communicate by American Sign Language, by videophone.
To contact the ADA Information phone line please dial 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or you can dial 1-800-514-0383 for (TTY) to schedule an appointment. Please note that their website states it may take two weeks or more for someone in from the department staff to contact you.

The site progress has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.-I was placed on Life support 2 times in the Summer of 2017
-I was placed on Life support again in Oct of 2017
This entire site is self-funded on my own in the hopes it will help others less fortunate have a chance to voice their own stories of discrimination within the ruthless and greed-driven major banks, credit bureaus and credit card providers. You will never be asked or required to pay a single penny. The only requirements here are proof that you are in fact disabled due to a chronic and or terminal illness. The only reason proof is required is to avoid and keep out those who abuse the system for personal gain, which in turn makes it that much harder for those with serious illnesses to survive. As a Gov official told me about 2 years ago "Unfortunately, the rarer the and more serious the disease, the less help there is available" If that was not one of the most incomprehensible mind-numbing statements I have ever heard, I simply have no words.
Given the fact that I use to run this site for regular worldwide professional press releases, please bear with me until its platform is updated and transformed to address the above-related issues. (No fine Print) If in fact your press release is published, I fully understand those who prefer privacy due to the delicate nature of these issues. Therefore, it will be up to each individual whether they want to remain anonymous or prefer to have their names included to their press release. Finally, all the executives and others working in the banking industries, credit bureaus and credit card industries who have simply turned a blind eye to these discriminatory practices be prepared. This website fully intends to use our first amendment right to its fullest extent and always within the confines of the law. So don't be surprised when someone's story goes viral to thousands if not millions read the story and your name is tied right to the center of it.
Updated 5/29/2018 For those on Disability who are having difficulty finding credit cards, banking, and fair credit bureaus there is hope. After extensive research, I found a few companies that appear to understand the hardships of those people who are chronically and or terminally ill as well as disabled.
1-Chase also appears to take disabilities into consideration on both their credit card and banking applications
Thank You Chase
2-We would also like to thank Experian. Experian appears to be making progress in helping terminally ill and chronically ill people remove outrageous medical bills from credit reports, as well as other factors to help keep an even playing field for those on medical disabilities. Let's just hope that Experian can keep it up.

Update 5/29/2018
Below is a list of the worst offenders who appear to have no concerns for chronically and or terminally ill persons living on disability. Although some may claim compassion on their websites, the proof is in the pudding. We have compiled plenty of proof as a collective group of chronically ill people working together as one. The following is a list of banks and credit card providers that at least 5 different people have dealt with and are the WORST OFFENDERS in terms of discrimination against chronically and or terminally ill people on disability.
Loan Programs and Credit card list to people with disabilities, which banks have fair programs, and which ones do not. I do not receive any affiliate payments from any banking institution listed. The were personally tested by me and results may vary from person to person. The Following list was updated on 6/25/2025
1- Marcus by Goldman Sachs is far worst offender (Extremely High Level of Noticeable Discrimination)
2-Capitol One (High Level of Noticeable Discrimination)
3-Wells Fargo (High Level of Noticeable Discrimination)
In order for a bank or credit card provider to be considered as the worst offender, at least 5 different chronically and or terminally ill people on disability must have proof. This proof is obtained through numerous conversations and interactions as evidence of both discrimination and violations of the (ADA) The Americans with disabilities act. This proof also cannot be found on any computer or smartphone, it has been safely recorded on multiple devices and safely stored in multiple locations.
